So, the whole lawsuit was an elaborate April Fool’s joke it turns out. At this camp the jury (pun intended) is out on whether or not it’s hilarious or really annoying. Crying wolf to your fanbase can really bite you in the ass when the time comes that you need them down the road, but having a sense of humour is always a good thing, right?

Thriller Energy Drinks sues Fucked Up

Am I being too hopeful in thinking that the independent band might win this one? If not in the courts, I sure as hell hope public opinion will be on their side. Please take the time to email the energy drink company to let them know what you think of their actions.
